We at J. Putterman want to take care of our customers to the maximum extent practicable, economically and efficiently. We want you to have a pleasant ordering experience and you can contact us at any (reasonable) time.
We also provide future service, if necessary, reconditioning, for example. Call us for a quote.
Just as we want to build trust with our customers, we trust our customers to use the putter as it was intended to be used. Bending it around a ball washer or tossing it into a pond, for example, is not our problem!
PAYMENT METHODS
In the spirit of keeping things simple, the only payment method we will accept is through Pay Pal. This assures that J. Putterman is rendered a payment promise upon purchase and the purchaser is not charged until receipt. Simply log into paypal.com and follow the prompts to pay for an item using gbzura@aol.com as the account to which to render payment.
Of course, our legal beagles say we need terms and conditions.............

Return & Refund Policy
Thanks for shopping at J. Putterman. We trust in advance that you will be satisfied (and probably delighted!) with the products you purchased. If, however, you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product, you have 30 calendar days from the date you received it to return it for a refund. However, the product must be in the same condition that you received it, excluding "normal wear & tear". Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you on the status of your refund. Depending on the condition received, we will initiate a full or partial refund via the original method of payment.
Warranty
J. Putterman makes every effort to provide a quality product through the use of the finest materials and careful craftsmanship. If the product contains, or develops, any flaws in material or workmanship during the first year of normal use, the product will be replaced or payment will be refunded, at the buyer's discretion, upon return and inspection by J. Putterman. We DO NOT, however warrant that you will make every putt!
Repairs / Reconditioning
If, due to normal "wear & tear" anytime during its lifetime, the putter needs repairs or reconditioning (e.g.: refinishing), you can contact us for a quote and shipping arrangements. Shipping, in this case, would be the purchaser's responsibility.
